Integration Massage

2-3 hour: Mini-Neuro Assessment w Bodywork

Addresses chronic or one-sided pain, head injury, whiplash, "brain fog", memory, focus, emotional imbalances, other cognitive issues, neurological disorders, numbness, muscle weakness, myofascial restrictions, tremor, or tingling/burning sensations. Please bring loose and comfortable clothing or gym shorts and T-shirt for neuro assessment. Treatments may include balance or eye exercises, selective massage and Ortho-Bionomy®, Craniosacral, tension release, joint mobilization, reflexology, body mapping, breath work, posture awareness, and other exercises to recover from pain or trauma. These treatments are not a substitute for seeking medical care or counseling. Insurance Coverage: Integration Massage will follow your doctor's diagnosis and prescription when you want sessions billed to insurance. I can make the findings from assessments available for your physician, in case there are areas of your body affected by an injury that were not included in the original prescription.

Ortho-Bionomy® gently helps you unwind and release pain, recover from injuries, relieve stress or chronically tight muscles, improve sleep. Integration techniques bring mindful awareness. Chapman's NeuroLymphatic Reflex points bring balance to digestive immune, endocrine, circulatory and respiratory systems and to the associated internal organs. Integration techniques may use breathwork, feedforward and visualization techniques, with gentle selective massage, body mapping and movement/sensory awareness, customized to your comfort. Sessions often include take home exercises, to encourage self-care and accelerate your healing.
